A couple of passionate experts
Dominique and Solenn come from the East of France. The Château Giscours group entrusted them with the management of its Caiarossa property in Tuscany in the 2000s.
Dominique is an agronomist and oenologist, and for the first two years, Solenn was his student. He taught her the keys to working in the vineyard and in the cellar.
This was a revelation for Solenn, who was particularly interested in the tasting part. So she took a Sommelier diploma with the Italian Sommelier Association to be able to take care of more of the customer reception part on site. Dominique managed the technical and commercial part. Solenn

A choice...
The choice of Mas Llossanes was above all a love at first sight which corresponded to our criteria. We were looking for a vineyard of around ten hectares, located at altitude and isolated in the scrubland.
Destiny...
After two offers to purchase other properties, we always returned to Mas Llossanes as
if this place called us. The second time, we realized that this was where we wanted to settle.
A departure...
The first year, our farm only had three things: vines, a tractor and pruning shears. It was a big challenge for us because with that, we had to create an entire estate, and the identity of Mas Llossanes.
