CELLAR TASTING
This impromptu tasting of our wines is adapted to your schedule – and ours. It can be very brief if you’re in a hurry or if there are many visitors at the cellar. But it can also be more in-depth if your curiosity calls for it – and if we’re available. We might even open the door to the winery for a quick look around the vats and barrels.

DISCOVER MAS LLOSSANES
Take a stroll through the vineyard and visit the Mas Llossanes winery, followed by a guided tasting of a minimum of 3 wines from the estate.
Please note: a 15-minute drive with your own vehicle is required between the vineyard and the cellar.

INTRODUCTION TO WINE TASTING
An introduction to tasting techniques and the unique characteristics of Roussillon wines. Come and share a moment of discovery and learning. You'll taste 4 wines, including a selection from our own cuvées and those of fellow winemakers.
When? Thursdays at 5 p.m. (⚠️excluding public holidays)
Duration: 2 hours

+15€/people for Plancha du Conflent (a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, breads, honey, vinegar, and olive oil)

Cellar Master Workshop
Ever dreamed of working with barrels? Learn and practice the art of ouillage (topping up barrels to prevent oxidation). The experience ends with a tasting of our wines.
When? Tuesdays at 10 a.m. (⚠️excluding public holidays)

Tasting Mas Llossanes wines is a unique experience, an invitation to explore the delicate nuances and complex aromas that characterize our exceptional creations. Each sip is an encounter with the authenticity of our terroir, the fruit of meticulous know-how passed down from generation to generation.
When you raise the glass to your lips, let yourself be carried away by the luminous brilliance of our wines, revealing the rich tones of our vineyard. Whether it is an elegant white, a velvety red or an exquisitely fine sparkling wine, each Mas Llossanes cuvée reflects a harmonious marriage between the grape variety and the unique terroir that nourishes it.
Our shop is located in the buildings of the former Marquixanes Cooperative Cellar.
