1. Return and Refund Conditions

  • Defective or Damaged Products :

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will ask you for evidence (photos) of the condition of the product.
    • After validation of the request, we will arrange a replacement of the product or a full refund, including the initial delivery costs.
  • Command Error :

    • If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the incorrect product to be returned to you at our expense and either send you the correct product or issue a full refund.
  • Product Dissatisfaction :

    • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, undamaged bottles within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the returned bottles, excluding the initial delivery charges.

    • We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the products. Use a trackable and insured delivery service to ensure the products reach us in good condition.

    • Once the returned products are received, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time :
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of returned products.
  • Reimbursement Method :
    • Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used for the original purchase, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Additional Conditions

  • Products on Promotion :

    • Products purchased on sale or on promotion are not eligible for refund but may be exchanged if defective or damaged.
  • Custom Orders :

    • Custom wine orders (special orders) are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
