A rare wine, born from a unique place
Pure Syrah is above all a terroir wine.
Coming from a 75-year-old vine grown on granite sands at an altitude of 650 metres, this wine is the quintessence of our high-altitude terroir, in the communes of Tarerach and Arboussols.
🍇 Manual harvesting, rigorous plot selection , natural vinification with indigenous yeasts, patient aging for 24 months in two-wine barrels... Each bottle is the fruit of a master's work.
