This Pure Syrah is an exceptional wine. Made exclusively with the most remarkable Syrah from the estate, handpicked grape by grape by the harvesters from our best plot. It comes from old vines with low yields. Deep and bright ruby color. Pure Syrah offers its characteristic aromas of violet and juniper. The balance on the palate is full, with an intense wine. The fine, melting tannins emphasize its elegance.

Pure Syrah. Selection of the best plot. Vines aged 75 years.
VINEYARD:
Certified organic since 2016 and biodynamic since 2020. Terroir of granite arenas located in the communes of Tarerach and Arboussols. Altitude around 650 meters.
HARVEST:
Exclusively manual, end of September 2020.
VINIFICATION:
After a short cold maceration, a two-week spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts follows. The total maceration lasts three weeks with a slow, delicate extraction, and a temperature not exceeding 26°C. The wine is racked and aged in oak barrels for two wines for 24 months. Only additive: a low dose of sulfites.
ALCOHOL: 13.5% ABV
