IGP Côtes Catalanes – Exceptional Single-Vineyard Pure Syrah

This prestige cuvée, exclusively from the estate's finest parcel, is a Pure Syrah made from 75-year-old vines with very low yields, cultivated organically and biodynamically. Located at an altitude of 650 m on granite soil in the Catalan mountains, it fully expresses the nobility of the terroir.

Grape-by-grape selection, manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 24 months aging in two-wine oak barrels. Limited production, numbered bottles.

Deep ruby color. Intense nose of violet and juniper. Full and precise palate, both powerful and elegant, supported by fine and melting tannins.
