Organic & Biodynamic Red Wine – Catalan Mountains (650 m)

From a high-altitude vineyard located on the granitic sands of Tarerach and Arboussols, in the Catalan mountains, this wine is made by a craft winemaker committed to organic and biodynamic farming.

A blend dominated by Carignan (75-year-old vines) with Grenache, Syrah, and Chenanson. Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and 18 months aging in stainless steel tanks.

Bright garnet color, expressive nose of cherry, violet, and spices. Peppery, velvety palate with a fresh and juicy finish.

Alc. 14% vol.
