Beautiful deep, garnet color.
 The nose is complex and opens with notes of wild fruits,
 of cherry and licorice. A mouth with a lot of finesse,
 crisp and full. Perfect maturity of the grapes on aromas
 of raspberry and blackcurrant with powdery tannins and a woody
 subtle. The minerality is expressed by a smoky side, expression
 direct from the terroir. Long and fresh finish.
 Serving temperature: 16 - 18°c
 GRAPE VARIETIES
 Carignan (50%), Chenanson (30%), Syrah (10%), Grenache
 (10%). Vines from 25 to 75 years old.

 Converting to organic and biodynamic agriculture
 since 2016.
 Granite arena terroir located in the municipalities of
 Tarerach and Arboussols, 30km west of Perpignan.
 Altitude around 650 meters.
 VINTAGE
 Exclusively manual, from early to mid-October 2018.
 VINIFICATION After a short cold maceration, two weeks follow
 spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The time
 total maceration time is approximately three weeks with a
 slow, delicate extraction, and a temperature not exceeding
 not 26°C. After racking the wine from each batch and each
 grape variety will be aged separately from the others in barrels
 2nd pass for one year. Assembly is done after 12
 months of aging, and the wine is further refined for 3-4 months in
 tank before bottling.

 PRODUCTION 10,600 bottles and 200 magnums.
