Organic & biodynamic red wine, Demeter certified – Catalan mountains (650 m)

Made from 75-year-old vines cultivated organically since 2016 and biodynamically (Demeter certified), this high-altitude wine comes from the granite and schist soils of Tarerach and Arboussols, in the Catalan mountains.

Precise blend of Carignan (51%), Syrah (35%), and Grenache (14%). Hand-harvested, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aged for 18 months, partly in second-use barrels.

Deep garnet color. Complex nose of wild berries, violet, and licorice. Fine and crisp on the palate, with notes of raspberry and blackcurrant, powdery tannins, and subtle oak. Long and fresh finish.
