IGP Côtes Catalanes – Exceptional Single-Parcel Pure Carignan

An iconic cuvée from the estate, this Pure Carignan comes from a selection of the best parcels of 75-year-old vines, organically and biodynamically grown at an altitude of 650 m, on granitic sands of the Catalan mountains.

Manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, long maceration and delicate extraction. Aged 24 months in one-wine oak barrels. Confidential production, numbered bottles.

Deep ruby color. Intense nose of wild strawberry, violet and cedar. A remarkably balanced palate, where finesse and intensity intertwine. Silky tannins, fresh, very long, subtly vanilla finish.
