PUR CHASAN 2024 - Organic & Biodynamic High Altitude White Wine

IGP Côtes Catalanes White – Pure High-Altitude Chasan (700m)

From one of the highest vineyards in Southern France, this rare white wine is produced using organic and biodynamic farming methods on gneiss soils in the Catalan mountains (Tarerach & Arboussols).

100% Chasan, a rare grape variety. Hand-harvested, fermented on fine lees in barrels and stainless steel, aged for 12 months (mostly in second-fill barrels).

Brilliant green-gold color. Delicate nose of linden and citrus. Lively and precise on the palate, with notes of lemon, acacia blossom, and honey, supported by a beautiful acidity and a slightly bitter mineral finish, characteristic of the grape variety.
