IGP Côtes Catalanes White

Bright golden color with green hues.
On the nose, it offers a delicate bouquet of linden flowers and citrus.
On the palate, the attack is lively with a pleasant bitterness, enriched by notes of lemon, acacia blossom, and honey.
A beautiful acidity balances the volume of this wine, which finishes with a mineral touch and a slight bitterness, typical of the grape variety.

Gneiss-based terroir, located in the communes of Tarerach and Arboussols.

Manual harvest on September 10, 2024.

Gentle pressing. The must is cooled to 8 °C to allow natural clarification.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place on fine lees in barrels and stainless steel.
Aged for 12 months: 65% in second-fill oak barrels and 35% in stainless steel tanks.
