High-altitude rosé from old Cinsault (60%) and Grenache (40%) vines, organically (Ecocert) and biodynamically (Demeter) grown on granitic arenas in the Catalan mountains.

Manual harvest, delicate direct pressing, fermentation and aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks to preserve purity and tension.

Brilliant pale pink color. Refined nose with floral and flint notes. Elegant palate with pomegranate, fresh, gourmet, and slightly saline finish.

Ideal for summer gastronomy, Mediterranean cuisine, and seaside dining.
